Senior Capstone: Design

For the final part of our capstone, we applied the information that we gathered from our research to our design decisions. We chose to design a base of a building already in Fargo, ND. The building would have four floors with the first floor being amenities for residents and other students on campus. The rest of the floors included smaller amenities and resident rooms. Students had a choice of either single or double rooms. We also incorporated LEED specifications into our design decisions to achieve credits.
