Acoustics & Lighting Project

This project was focused on educational spaces. We were tasked with creating a renovated space for the 1st and 2nd year studio spaces for the NDSU Interior Design Program. The project was more focused on acoustical and lighting design. The space focuses on both group work and individual work while also providing spaces for lectures and presentations. I wanted to have a variety of spaces for students to sit and work on projects while also have a more connected lecture and presentation space. Since there could be two classes going on at the same time acoustics was very important to have control over. There are many aspects included in the design to help with this.
